On January 25, 2023The AfriWomen sensitize communities across Ibadan.
This was the campaign message of Mrs Adebukola Oso the founder of the AfriWomen Oso an advocate of human capacity development particularly of women and girls as the drivers of major developments in our communities pointed out that there are convincing reasons to encourage to get their PVCs.
With representatives from Ona-Ara LGA of Ibadan.
With representatives from the Akingbola Bodija Ashi community.
According to Oso, your power is in your PVC to vote out unprogressive leaders. The AfriWomen has over 600 women their adult literacy centers majority of whom have registered for and collected their PVCs and know what to do on elections days.
With representatives from the Yemetu, Adeoyo and Oke-Sapati communities.
With representatives from the Sabo community.
However , according to Oso, these women are not enough hence it is sacrosanct towards a progressive Oyo and a better Nigeria to campaign for more people to get their PVCs.
